Here's What You Can Do Now!

Educate Yourself On The Issues
Read newspapers and magazines, browse the internet, and watch TV news. Guard against sources that lean toward one political party or the other. The media are rife with charlatans and those who practice duplicity. Individual performance of our representatives is far more important than party affiliation. Do not make decisions on politicians based on their rhetoric. Make your decisions based on their record and actions. Remember.. In all of the history of the planet, Socialism has NEVER WORKED.

This intolerable situation, in which we now find ourselves, was created and is perpetuated, by the individuals of congress that are still in office today. We are here because they put us here and now refuse to honor their "Oath of Office" and reverse the imposed atrocities.

Read the US Constitution. The Constitution is very easy to read and understand. It clearly states the limited powers of the Federal Government. You are likely to quickly understand that the Federal Government (Congress) has BY FAR overstepped its Constitutional authority. You can find an online copy here.

If you have any doubt as to the meaning and intent of our founders when they wrote the U. S. Constitution, you can get a complete insight by reading the Federalist Papers. The Federalist Papers were written and published during the years 1787 and 1788 in several New York State newspapers to persuade New York voters to ratify the proposed constitution. Recruit and Encourage Others To Get Involved
Share and discuss your knowledge and beliefs with others. Dialog and the exchange of ideas among voting citizens is critical to reclaiming our Constitutional liberty.

Communicate With All Of Your Representatives
Let your representatives know how you feel and what you think. It is their sworn legal and moral duty to listen to you and to represent the will of the collective citizenry. Email is a quick and easy method of contacting your representatives. Here is a link to an email directory for every federal representative in the country. REMEMBER what Thomas Jefferson said.. "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."

Remember incumbent politicians have selfishly used their power to slant elections toward themselves. They do this by enacting laws that make it difficult for challengers to qualify, as well as amassing huge campaign chests from lobbyist and others to whom which they become indebted. Let your representatives know how you feel about this practice.

VOTE VOTE VOTE
Informed voting is the most important thing you can do. Without fail, vote in every primary and general election. Our founders gave us the power to apply term limits as, and when, we see fit. It's right there in our vote; yet our voter turnout continues to be far below acceptable numbers for a concerned and informed electorate. Voting is not only our constitutional right, it is our moral duty.

Most of all, educate yourself on the ballot before going to the polls. Sample ballots are almost always available. Do not allow simple "name recognition" to sway your decision. Many incumbents are continually re-elected to our peril just because their name is familiar. Study the candidates and their history and record. Know who you are going to vote for before walking into the voting booth.
